Lets make the people over our communities that uphold the law and the Constitution of the United States take accountability.
City of Granbury I would like to first say thank you for taking the time to read my post.
I am publicly announcing that I will be looking into options as to how I was treated in the last few days this post is for the men and women in law enforcement accountability starts with you accountability for the day and how it happened let’s be honest with one another and tell the people what really happened
No worries I’m going to tell the story this weekend and I’m going to ensure facts show there was no reason at all that day to inform a community of an individual being armed and dangerous. Only to come back just a few short minutes later inform the community there is no threat and the search has been called off.
The accountability is y’all painted an individual myself out to be a monster so that the community will turn against me and then in doing so you created vigilante justice for the people of Granbury.
Your job is to uphold the law and maintain the order and safety of all patrons that does not give you a right to set a community against me. And for the people that hate me watch the interview because you were manipulated just like everybody else and you’re okay with it.
I am publicly announcing within the City of Granbury Police Department things did not happen the way they should have and here is the main fact there is no way that I was a wanted subject that ran from law enforcement when even an investigator from the Hood County Sheriff’s Department admitted that they could not charge me with anything because I did not run
No officer in plain clothes or uniform made contact with me or gave me a lawful order there is not a law that says when I see your police car I have to come to you
My main complaint is if you never gave me a lawful order then how would I know to stop for you and then you painted me out to be armed and dangerous and do not approach this is not acceptable in any means
I am a citizen of the United States of America which means I have the same liberties and the same freedom as the next man I am innocent until proven guilty and y’all took your social media page and made me out to be a dangerous and armed.
But the real villain is the one that manipulates the people of C Granbury that is what the Granbury Police Department has done the story will be told and I think the people of Granbury deserve the truth.
I take accountability that yes I do have a parole violation that I am on my way this week to take care of it as I will submit my body to the county jail in order to get this taken care of I will be the first to admit this is not acceptable behavior from any citizen in the United States and I should not have allowed it to get to this point.
I am a simple human being that makes poor choices for himself I have a good heart I’m actually pretty smart and the City of Granbury and the Granbury Police Department I have rights as an American
